Stren Series - Who's fishing them?

Well, it looks like my luck has changed for the better and I get to fish at least the first one at Havasu. I am confirmed for all four. I just got to take 'em one at a time and hope the finances show up as necessary.

I've never fished a huge 200 boat tournament before, so I've signed up as a non boater for just the Shasta event and see how it goes. Most likely I'll do all 4 next season, subject to wife approval (if one of em is out of state again).

Look at Craigslist there was a couple older Rangers there for 4 or 5k. If you get someone to go halfs with you it would be a good investment if you should win one.

great idea mike, I just sold my throw down Ranger a while back and working on a nice new one. just my luck I will do good and not have the title! Kinda like not getting in all the options. I am so looking forward to supporting somebody who supports us. my buddy is loaning me his bass boat for local events. Soon it will be worth the wait but an empty garage is a very sad thing!

I fished three of the Ever Start events last year with some great Pro’s. I learned something from each of them. It was a learning experience that was worth $300 I paid for each event.

This year I’m confirmed for all four events in the Stern Series as a Co-Angler and my confidence is high – see you on Lake Havasu.

P.S. the FLW use Co-Angler, it sound better then Non-Boater! What did B.A.S.S. call you?
