Won Bass E-mail, Siemental and Zank story plus new rule

Post by Guy Williams »

On Saturday morning, August 14, 2010, Bill Siemental, long time fishing partner of Mike Hart submitted to, and passed with flying colors a polygraph test conducted by a certified and licensed polygraph expert in Los Angles. I arranged such test at the request of Siemental who had been the subject of conjecture, speculation and suspicion following the Mike Hart episode at the U.S.Open and resulting wide publicity. T o insure that all bases might be covered by the test, I provided the tester with a history of Siemental’s fishing record with Mike Hart, a copy of the WON BASS rules and a detailed description of the events at the U.S. Open. Also, at the request of the polygraph tester, a list of questions that I thought were applicable in such test. I was pretty sure that Siemental would come through as expected, as he did volunteer to take the exam as he was very concerned about his reputation and integrity in the eyes of his peers. That is the good side of the story.

The dark side is Mike Hart’s most recent team partner, John Zainkowick, or “Zankâ€

Guy as i said to you before tournament orgs will handle their business and the end result is up to John. I too heard of this email. No more fishing till john takes a test. His problem not yours.
Won bass did a first class job on this issue. Way to set a good example.

if it's a rule, WHICH IT IS, and has been around forever, then they are well within their rights to exercise it. IMHO this is only the beginning.........

"First, I think it understood that the Tournament Directors have the option of requesting that any individual submit to a polygraph test prior to accepting any awards. This in itself provides some protection for all concerned. "

can you imagine if WON put this much effort into running there Pro/Ams? They just might have a half way descent run event, no $80 scale with water all over it, no $3 rubbermade container with holes drilled in it and water still pouring out of it when there done and marked the weight and lifting the $3 rubbermaid container off the scale, well at least there US Open blog went off without a glitch....

What a cluster that day 1 and day 2 blast off was.. And the draw as well.

Strech1...if I were you I would be careful who's door bell you ring.. that old sixty-plus dude would knock more that a few of your teeth down your throat.. we might be old, but you can't beat sneaky and fast...with a lot of experence..
the one thing I've learned is that this site will allow almost anything, so get used to it or find someplace else to threaten old dudes..we travel in packs...

Stretch...Don is a long way from being old and I don't see where he bashed anyone...although it appears he did think Mike's comments were funny.
I'm guessing you read about as well as you write.

JT...you proved my point for me i never said I WAS knocking on any doors and i poke a little jab at YOUR friend and you defend him...see my point...not sure why its ok...plus a pack of old guys is just a pack of old guys...lol...im only 36 i respect my elders yall help keep my car insurance premiums down...lol...take a break a breath whatever i was just proving a point and im glad you could help me...Thanks

Stretch, This is so simple that I couldn't bring myself to reply to it. BUT now I see you just don't get it. BASSINDON did not say anything about Kevin. He clicked on the the quote of Mikes post before Mike edited his post. So please just read the threads properly before you blame the wrong person. Just that simple.
