Glad to see it. That's where we met Mr. Ponting. Hopefully he will have some input and get that dang Open moved back to September.

As far as I know the Open will be in July again next year... I heard that ALOT of people struggled with the heat this year...
Looks like someone will have to get seriously injured or killed before WON gets the hint that July my not be the best time for a tournament in the hottest part of the country in July..

No I got my deposit back from FLW.. Ive decided to do the Anglers Choice ProAm at Havasu instead.

34 boats at the Mead pro Am huh.. That doesnt surprise me...... Wait until next year when those numbers are the same or worse... I hear they put a ProAm on the same weekend as The NBW team championship at Havasu...How many Anglers do you think will show up for that??? If you guessed "not very many" then you guessed right lol..

Its looking to me like the circuit to fish next year will be the FLW events and the Anglers Choice Pro events....

Thats my opinion...I could be wrong.. But I doubt it.. lol
