Granite Bay ramp was closed today.

I went out there this morning and the ramp at Granite Bay had a "closed" sign on it. A couple trailers were parked there so I went lookng for a ranger to ask about it. The woman at the entry kiosk told me the ramp was closed and that any boats that had already launched would be given a ticket. She also said there was a 5 mph speed limit on the lake. Looks like they're dropping the lake levels at an amazing rate.

The lake has started to slowly rise in the last 36 hrs.

Only about 5-7 inches, but it is going in the right direction.

The lake fishes small when theres a 5mph speed limit and 30mph winds(need a bigger trolling motor). I saw people catching fish in front of me where I had caught them prefishing, but I should of known that would happen. I caught 15 fish on thursday and thought a limit would be no problem. Thats how it goes.
Good luck every body, there out there.
