Wow, if only we could stand up to the EPA on lead...
The state of Texas today sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in a federal appeals court in Washington DC, claiming four new regulations imposed by the EPA are based on the 'thoroughly discredited' findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and are 'factually flawed,' 1200 WOAI news reports.

Our legislature will address the EPA abuses as soon as they pass a new law protecting us from plastic shopping bags. It's been a tough fight with conservatives stone-walling the issue. Everyone knows, right wing extremists like fishermen, hunters and non-union workers want plastic shopping bags to kill innocent pelicans and baby chipmunks...murderous bassturds. Budget? What budget?
