Re: WON BASS TEAMS LAKE HAVASU ....
Hi Andrew I am new here to western bass, first post actually, but I had a question about this tournament. Me and my partner are planning on fishing Havasu, this is going to be our first year fishing tournaments. I was wondering if we were required to show up friday night or if we were ok showing up saturday morning. We are coming out from Orange County, and with work we aren't sure we are going to be able to make it until late friday night. Thanks for your time and look forward to fishing the tournament.

Hey guys,
I have heard that the fishing has been off the hook recently. I am not obliged to comment on what, but it should be a good tourney. Make sure to give John your best, as he is going threw some tuff personal issues with the health of a loved one. Let's all send our best wishes to a great tournament director and good friend.

John, your good nature and willingness to share knowledge played a major roll in our decision.... Yep, my wife and I have decided to fish the seven events in your Colorado River region. She's fired up because she has landed a bunch of nice frog fish so now my only issue is telling her we can't fish the frog at every event. Never-the-lese we are pumped and excited. It feels great to commit and be part of something What the heck right?
Geologically and topographically speaking, as a fishery and in terms of area's that hold and sustain LMB's and SMB's it's got to rank near the top in the diversity index. I'm a big fan of havasu for that reason, as anglers, we flat out have so many viable options; SERIOUSLY!
Catch'em in the river Catch'em in the lake
Huck a lunker punker or your favorite jerkbait
Don't use no light line better make it heavy
You best be driving a ford not a stinkin Chevy
Can you tell me if they're chewing the worm or crushin the frog
What about a flickshake and is it okay to fish with my dog
Thanks again for listening we'll see you there
Find a little comfort knowing you'll be in our prayers.
