Does anyone know if there is an Off-Limits at Melones for the TOC. No body at WON answeres the phone and no one will reply to my e-mails. Doesn't say anything in the papers they sent me either.

I have received a few calls in this regard, and the answer is... You may pre-fish up to the official practice period, which is the two days prior to the event dates. During the official practice period, you may only fish with your partner or someone else in the tournament.

I sure wish I qualified
