Customer Service

Post by ruger123 »

I just wanted to say that every once in a while, company's need to be recognized. I am refering to Bass Tackle DEpot. I just am really impressed that every time i place a order they always have my items in stock. Also when i order it is always on my door step within 2 days with no shipping fees if you spend over 50.00. one more comment the staff that works there is always very curtious and respectful and they know about their products. Thank You

Bass Tackle Depot is, in fact, a 1st rate business. I've dealt with them on MANY occasions and all transactions were FLAWLESS. Good, fair prices, EXCELLENT customer service and FAST turnaround(shipping) make me a LOYAL customer. They are the REAL DEAL! ( I know it sounds like I'm sucking on somebody's something, but the truth is the truth....Scott

While we're talking customer service, I'm currently on a family/fishing trip in central Texas. Went to Academy to pick up a couple things and some DFI oil for my buddy's boat here (he guides 200 or more days a year on Fayette lake). Gina Salazar, customer service admin. extrordinaire, located 4 gallons for me at a great price of 34.99 a gallon and had it waiting at the store in Katy, TX for my buddy the same evening. He was happy, so was I and they have a great selection of baits at VERY low prices. Just a shout out for a company that has it going on and for doing me and my buddy a SOLID

Dealt with Bass Tackle numerous time and always received my orders within afew days after orders placed. One time item was out of stock and it took an extra day for them to send it to me.

I will never shop with BTD again either, they have terrible customer service and slow shipping. Tackle Warehouse is the way to go. They are less expensive, carry more inventory in-stock, faster shipping.....enough said.
