Tacklewarehouse Great service

I just want to acknowledge what great service I get from Tacklewarehouse.
Today is just another example.
I bought a new reel from them this week, fished it yesterday and had problems.
I emailed them this morning, and they have already emailed me back, saying they're sending me a UPS return label so they can check and replace it.
I never expected a same day reply on Sunday.
But I shouldn't be surprised.
If you do a Google search for customer service, you'll get Tacklewarehouse every time.

Hands down, thee best customer service from anywhere around. I haven't even heard of one complaint in my life about them. Just boneloads of good stuff. Keep up the good work T-dub...

My UPS return label arrived Tuesday, and I sent the reel to them the same day.
The replacement reel just came today.
These folks are amazing.

Tw is a great shop .Im lucky to have them close by .they have helped me more than once in getting the right tackle for the lakes im headed to,which is just another plus to thier great customer service.
