crucial rod warranty

Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone knows if these rods have a lifetime warranty. The guide insert on the tip of my rod is cracked and causing my line to fray. Its a drop shot rod and I dont have the receipt anymore but i was wondering if anyone knew if I could just take it to a shop that sells them and trade it for a new one. Thanks for the help

The rods are covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. How exactly did the insert crack?

Get the tip replaced just about anywhere for around $7.00 for an Alconite tip.

Im not sure how it cracked. I will look into getting the tip replaced, just have to find a place down here.

Can you guys tell me how to replace the tip on the rod. I have never done this before and the original tip is still on the rod. Thanks in advance

i had my crucial drop shot casting rod break 4 inches off the tip on saturday....have no idea how it happend. I was pulling out a backlash (cold numbing wind) and when i reeled up the slack i saw the tip was broke. Super wierd. the week before the dropshot keeper fell off. I didnt know they had a warranty so i ghetto rigged a tip on minus one eye lol. Sucks cuz that crucial drop shot rod has an amazing good action for dropshot.
