Old Humminbird flasher unit needs repair

Humminbird says that it can't repair the old Depth Sounder in dash flasher unit, is there a small biz/private party that is doing repair on these?

replaced a blown bulb and some bad wiring on the power and ground connections, but its blowing fuses which indicates an internal problem.
