The 3rd USAC Central Coast tournament of the 2010/2011 tournament year started of under 35 degree conditions on January 8th at Lake Nacimiento. When the ice had cleared, it looked like Naci was in the middle of a great comeback with 6 bags over 10 lbs weighed in. Bryan and Steven Grier topped the 23 boat field with a weight of11.88 lbs. They reported catching their fish on worms in 25' in the morning and 6" in the afternoon. They won $2,310 for the victory.

Mike Griffith and Pat Motley continued their stellar season with 2nd place. Their 11.58 lb bag was worth $860. Herm Delore and Jeff Smith were edged out by a single 1/100th of a pound. They caught 11.57 for 3rd and took home $620.

Dan Barrios had the tournaments big fish. He reported catching the 4.13 lb spot on a swimbait.
Jared Lintner and Nick Salvucchi lead the AOY race by less than a point over Griffith and Motley with Delore and Smith in 3rd.
