Dropped a rod locker hatch on my flipping stick and broke about 16" off the tip. I'm a male so no warrenty, called them up, told me to send the rod and $50, two weeks later got a new rod, that's good service.

They have a great upgrade program too. Sent in a broken Mojo and got an Avid back for the $50 plus the difference between the two. Great rods also.
