FLW FED or BASS FED?

Can someone answer this question? Can a club affiliate with both, as long as they keep it seperate? If so, I see this as a win/win for the angler because he can go with the one that fits his goals and schedule. Since neither one has much out here in the West othe than the FLW Stren series, we might as well keep all of our options opened. I live in New Mexico which means we have less to choose from than most.
