Thanks to the 24 brave teams that ventured out onto a muddy and cold Delta today. Fishing was pretty tough for most of the teams with only 7 of the teams managing to scratch a limit.
Hats off to Nicholas Kanemoto and David Windmiller for bringing in the only bag over 20 pounds today. They reported catching all of their fish on crankbaits. There were some nice fish weighed in as big fish went 9.19 pounds caught by the team of Lonnie Woodlief and Ron Smith.
Other notable catches was Brian Carpenter weighing in 2nd big fish of a 8.88 pounder anchoring his 3 fish for second place at 16.08 pounds.

Re: USAC West Delta Results
Yes I did have a friendly wager with Mr. Cook. Unfortunately the Delta was up to its ole tricks again with the high muddy water. You coastal boys have such a small pond to fish that all those little greenies get caught up in one area and get hammered. Come up to the Delta where you can burn a tank of gas running to your first spot because fishing down there you don't even need to fire up the big motor. Thats right some of you have so you know what it feels like to get humbled.
Mr. Cook a bets a bet you will see your bottle at the Pro/AM at Clear Lake in June.
