I'm in n.ca. eight hrs away. what i have is a 89' - 20' javelin with a 200 h.p. Evinrude.
Instead of making payments, you might want to take a look at this boat. I took it down to scratch and completly rebuilt it..
This is what I've completed so far;
new marine carpet (10 yr. warrentee) - gray
2009 Minn Kota 101 max pro (36 volt)
new quad pro charger ( charges all 4 batteries at once)
new teleflex guages (complete set)
new marine switches with rubber boots
new pedestals front & rear (front addjustable)
new butt seat
rear seat 2 yrs. old - excellant cond.
new custom bucket seats
x125 - dash x65 nose (both used - work great)
motor comes with 2 four blade Trophy props. both 25 pitch stainless with new hub. 1 is a standard 1 is a "shooter" hole shot.
both props are in excellant cond. no nicks or scratches.
will be complete by end of April or take "as is" and finish yourself.
To complete this project, I'm going to put new live well pumps and hoses & builge pumps.
& both light bases.
Trailler is 22 yrs old
replaced wheel bearings
tires - good - should be replaced next year or two.
needs to be rewired $150.00 ? (led lighting)
as it sets = $2500.00
complete = $3500.00

ran good when I set the boat down, and have a mech. coming over tomorrow (sun.). I know it needs a tune-up and the impeller has to be replaced plus lower end grease. It did 52 - 55 mph with the shooter prop. and 60 - 62 mph with the reg. prop. I found the shooter comes handt in higher lakes the hole shot idea works well in less air pops right out on to pad alot quicker than larger 25 pitch.
I'd be happy to send you some pics. as soon as I can get somebody that knows how to do it over here.

sorry I didn't get back to you eariler, sunday chores. My mech. came by and it's like I told you, tune up - wires & plugs, and replace entire water pump assem. might be a problem with the carbs being dry, has'nt been ran for 4 mons. if they need it , I'll do them. If you or anyone eles buys this boat, you'll put it in the water - turn the key and go.
