Anyone know these morons from Castaic Lake?

Post by Hollywood »

These complete morons decided to go between the bank and my boat this morning. The end result was not very pleasant for them or there boat.

The boat completely jumped the point, wtf, i mean come on, pay attention if this was the weekend one of the meat hungry fisherman would have been killed.

Needless to say, they had a visit by the Sheriffs when they got done limping back to the main ramp.

Sounds like they had $hit for brains, and left a large part of them in the outhouse before they tried to pass you.
School is expensive. I'm guessing they won't try to do that again.

We had a guy in our Bass club who aimed his Ranger Boat at a buoy at Folsom. (The draw partner said he was aiming at it.) The buoy said "ROCK" on it. He wasted his boat, and folded the prop on the pile. He was pissed and adamant that nobody had told him there were rocks in the lake.

Got his boat back after repairs, and then launched it full speed into a levee on the the Delta. He almost made it over the levee. I asked his draw partner what happened. "He was reaching around for some stuff that fell over, I had my hood down because it was raining. Heard a big noise. "BOOM!" I knew something was wrong because the steering wheel was on the floor..."

We told him he could still be in the club if he wanted, but he could no longer bring his boat.

He quit.

what's worse is when you see bassboats up on shore like that! At Casitas about 7 years ago...lake was WAY WAY down. Morning was socked in...i got there a little later. As I was headed around G Camp point I saw a brand spankin new 20ft Champion about 25 feet on top of that LOW flat point! Couldn't believe it!!!
