Lou in the shipping department is to be commended this guy works his but off to make sure that your order goes out the same day, if something isnt in stock boom he calls that day and says ok here is the deal not in stock but I do have this.....

I have been shopping FIRST at Monster Pro Tackle before anywhere else - High Contact Caring customer service, next day delivery (on most things) and free with an order over 50.00 I could not ask for anything more in a store.

Great job to you guys at Monster and to you Lou I thank you and appreciate how you treat just an average rookie like me as if I was Skeet Reese placing an order.

Ash i am with you on this one. Incredible service. i've ordered a few different times and they are top notch. My first order became a disaster but Tom made it right, took care of me beyond what I could imagine on a smalll $60 order! Hats, T shirts, stickers, and more! Because an order got lost in the shuffle. Things happen, but I know that this hasn't been the case since that one time. Top notch service from Tom and the shipping dept!

I've done business with these guys dozens of times and I'm always impressed and appreciative of their high level of custom service. Placed an order last Sunday night and it was delivered to my doorstepTuesday morning.
I know we have multiple quality choices out there, but it's hard for me not to do business with Tom and guys at Monster.
