Bed Fish now?

Looking for feedback. I was out on a lake yesterday (Motherlode area) and found some large bass that appear to be just now going on the beds? There not locked on but don't want to go far and come right back. The gills are on beds, the ones that aren't on beds are pestering the bass. Water temp was 74 to 76 degrees, I hadn't been out in a few weeks and assumed I missed the end of the spawn. We caught spwaners in early April in same areas.

Full moon was three days ago. I know there was a lot of cold water and late spring so I guess I should believe my eyes.... Anyone seeing this or have an opinion?

i live in oregon and our bass have not even spawned water temp is 66 no surprise this spring is S(&$%#
