many guys run at least 4 units, with the full screen GPS running at all times at the dash and up front.

Shin even has 4 HDS-10s and a Hondex Japanese fish finder as well.

Wouldn't the bow and "Up front" be the same thing? JK If you got the money go for it I guess. Terminator had the wrong beginning of the rise of the machines ... someones bass boat went nuts is my best guess.

I rarely step in front of my trolling motor pedal so I don't see how it would get in thew ay of your fishing space.

There are two next to each other in front of the trolling motor pedal and one in back of it.. (unless I am trippin)

a bit of overkill there....kind of takes the fun out of fishing just staring at screens all day....almost like fishing from your desk.

I guess boats will now be rated for electronics load, too.
Maybe it will cut down on the number of passengers allowed on the boat.

Seriously, I wonder if he has a dedicated battery just for the electronics, to prevent surges and low voltage problems when he fires up the big motor, and runs his livewells, assuming he actually catches fish.

I just like the fact that my boi Than Le is in this picture (white and yellow Ranger) with only 2 graphs, and I am sure he was pissed when he had to fork out the dough for those!

It is the new "3D imaging scan" but requires 3D glasses. You see, each graph captures one part of the 3D...so you need 3 of them. The 4th graph pulls it all together on the console where you use your 3D glasses. The 5th graph is used for normal 2D sonar...just in case you get dizzy.

A lot of guys are running the big Sears Die Hard BigBoy battery.... It's big and you have plenty of juice.

From Bassfan after winning Pickwick with his 5 HDS units.......

Main factor in his success – "Reading how the fish were set up on my Lowrance HDS units – finding them on the DownScan and SideScan, and then understanding how to catch them by seeing the way they were set up."

Performance edge – "My Lowrance HDS electronics. I have four 10" units on my boat – two on the console and two up front. Both places, I have one running DownScan and SideScan, then the mapping and GPS on the other."

Wouldn't it be easier to put ONE 52" flatsceeen on the bow, hooking it up to an HDMI connection on the HD-10 at the console?
