







It was an easy choice to let it go as shown in the last pic. It was recorded by picture although I had to drive around a bit to find someone to snap the pic, then I released here where I caught her. 4.5 robo worm, 6# test flouro leader, to 10# braid, Dobbins 701 spinning rod. Took about 10 minutes to land and jumped all the way out of the water after the hook set. The tag end and weight was gone from the drop shot, luckily the knot held on the hook. Lipped the fish, hung it for weight very carefully as to not blow a hole through her lip, then let her go.Madbasser wrote:Awesome fish. Love to see those whoppers.
