Mandate fails again.

The healthcare bill is going to bite Obama next year. The 11th circuit court ruled the mandate unconstitutional. It is an abuse of power and I bet the SC rules against it before the elections. No severability clause means the entire HCB will go down. Now if the SC will rule in favor of the AZ immigration bill we will have Erkel jumping like a dog crapping carpet tacks.
