New Melones info

Hey Guys,

Heading up to New Melones in a couple weeks for a camping trip. I've never been there or to the area before. What are the lake conditions like now? The weather? What's the bite look like right now? I'm planning on hitting the caves and the zipline while I'm out there but will have my float tube and I plan on fishing from shore.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Havent been there since last winter sorry i cant help, but where is this zipline...sounds like fun.

It's Moaning Cavern in Vallecito, 20 mins north of Tuttletown (the campsite we're staying at).
