And in the jobs bill, it was reported a new class of victims was created.

If an unemployed person is not hired, he can look to file a claim against the company that didn't hire him, claiming that he wasn't hired because he was unemployed.

Makes for such a stupid argument, but that is what we get with a President making the rules that never had a job, never made a payroll or created a job making the rules.

So let me see. I interview 3 unemployed people, hire one and get sued by the other two for not hiring them. Wonder if I plan to hire anyone.

Or even better. I need to hire one person and don’t advertise for the position but just hire by word of mouth.

This is almost becoming surreal. The federal govt. under Obama is rapidly growing and at the same time becoming more and more intrusive into our personal and business lives. Does anyone really wonder why business in this country is waiting for this nightmare to end? Don't look for any improvement until after next years elections, no one is gonna do anything until he is gone and they have some confidence in what to expect from our govt.
