How to register a bass club with FLW??

First of all,,,,is there such thing?
Or should I register with Federation first?
What kind of cost/benefit is associated?

1. You register your club with the The Bass Federation (TBF) by sending a club member roster and officer list.

2. Send a check for $20 each member to the TBF secretary, Kelly Willis. This will pay for your dues, insurance, and affilation with the TBF.

3. To fish CA Bass Federation events individual members will need to join the FLW.
