Win a boat and Help a Great Charity at the Same Time

Post by TomL »

I apologize to the mods for this post before hand. It is not aimed at making anyone any money. It is a charitable cause and I would hope that WesternBass.com would want to assist in the effort of King's Home in helping Abused women and children. Although the charity is based in Alabama they have women and children living in their homes that are from coast to coast. Thank you for considering letting this post remain on this site.

The reason for this post is to help professional angler Randy Howell help the King's Home Charity and give away his boat!

This weekend at the King's Home annual Kampfire for the King event, some generous person is going to win a $67,000 Triton/Mercury Package, for donating $100 to one of the greatest charities I have ever seen. I had the chance to visit King's Home in Alabama back in August. The King's Home people do remarkable things for the people who need it most... Abused, neglected and abandoned children and battered women. You do not need to be present to win!

Randy and I both know that money is tight for everyone these days, but if you have it available we would love for you to consider supporting this amazing charity and as a bonus you'll have a 1 in about 500 chance to win Randy's 2011 tournament boat.

I made this a "sticky" to keep at the top. Sounds like a great cause!

WOW! Caudawg - thank you for making it a sticky! and thank you D&M for your support.

I hope you win the boat, but even if you don't your reward is knowing your money went to help people who really need it!
