Finishing the tournament in 3rd place was the team of Tony Vultaggio and Jeff Perry our last years AOL team for USAC Cachuma Pro teams. Tony and Jeff brought in a nice limit weighing 12.91 just edging out the 4th though 6th place teams by a few ounces.
Finishing in 2nd place was the Father and son team Larry and Jason Marquez with 14.06. They presented a great weight at the scales and we were all anticipating this would be the winning sack as their weight was well above the 3rd place teams 5 fish limit with only one team left to weighin. At this time they held the lead and Tournament Big bass was held by our 5th place team Rick Jarakian and Matt Miller with a 3.17lb LMG. Larry and Jason Marquez received $300.00 and 2nd Place plaques for their efforts.
Taking the Win and Tournament Big Bass was the team of Steve Morris and Adam Koda. Steve and Adam were using PowerTeam lures Texas Rig jigs and Food Chain Tubes. They were fishing steep banks and offshore structure to capture the win. They took 1st Place, Winner Take All and the Big Bass options for a total of $1,070.00. Their winning weight was 14.17 and their Big Bass was 3.38.
