I have a 1996 skeeter zx180 with merc 175 xri with tandem axle trailer. The only thing it needs is for the motor to be put back together. The powerhead is already installed just need to put heads electrical and fuel system on it and it's ready to go You could have it going in one day. If I put it together I'll ask 6 k for it if I don't sell in two days I'm going to put back together.
