Folsom Lake Level

I noticed they're suddenly keeping a lot of water in Folsom.
Today's inflow is 7,854 and outflow is 1,670.
My question is, does anyone know how many feet per day/week is the lake rising?

23 ft in 8 days. Look at he historical data over the last couple of weeks. Amazing!
I wonder what the water temp is right now?

water temps dropped 5 degrees over the past 6 days...fish are hating it! Fish slow, back to the wintertime pattern.

Just got off the water, temp was 54 degrees. Pretty good bite. Thank the Lord they're finally lettin' the water come up. =) Winter-time bite?
