Bassmaster Elite Series pro Brandon Palaniuk puts the wire-to-wire win in the books at Bull Shoals.

Even with a mid-morning trip to the hospital on Day 2, he won with nearly a 12-lb lead.
During a catch on Day 2, Palaniuk buried a KVD treble hook in his finger. He got the fish; but it took him off the water and to the hospital.

The BASSCam caught a glimpse of the finger before he left.
