I have a few questions:

When was the last service on the outboard? lower unit? compression? Is there any foreseeable problems or replacements?
Carpet okay? Seat rips or tears? gel coat okay?
trailer in good shape? tires ok?

okay, more than a few questions.....sorry I just don't want to put a whole bunch of money in to it right away.

I changed the spark plugs, gear oil, and water pump impeller 4 months ago. Boat has new steering cables 1 month old. Compression is good there are no forseeable problems runs excellant. Has new tires less than 1000 miles. seats have a few rips and carpet has a couple bad spots. gel coat is starting to fade in a few spots. all in all the boat is in really good condition for being 12 years old. ill send you a few pics off my phone.
