Are you referring to Fish N Fools in granada hills? Stu owns and runs it.

Fish N Fools is in Granada Hills. Stu Scheneier is the owner. Mike Dantona & Jim Millbrandt from J & T Tackle work there. They have been in business
for at lest 30 years it’s a great shop.
