Hey not sure if this is the right place but wondering if anyone has run into anything similar.

I purchased 2 ab rats from art on July 25th. I was told the baits were almost done at the time of purchase....I have yet to recieve the baits and when I try and call his number is disconnected/no answer to email.

Not sure what's going on....any help getting in touch with art or help getting baits or the money back would be greatly appreciated.

Hope I'm not out the $225 :/

I have heard the have not been seen in a month or so at DVL as well. Sorry man hope it works out but i have heard of that guy getting money and skipping town more than once. Really hope you get what you want.

Saw him out at Otay a couple of weeks ago in a Legend boat with NV tags on it.

Was it the Legend Boat with lime green stripes and interior?? Not many Legends down this way. really stood out especially with the bright colors.
I saw that boat at Hodges 2 weeks ago with 3 anglers in it. I didn't pay attention the who they were.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that was me in the Legend at Otay, Hodges and El cap a few weeks ago....Not Art Berry. I was making one last run with it in San Diego, with my brother and son before I sold it. Sorry Guys.
