Please Call Mark at 623-694-9545 for any questions. Boat does not have a removable console and the motor should be safe in CA waters ( Mark is contacting the dealer to verify).

That is correct. 2 star rated used/older engines are acceptable in Ca. with the exception of 2 lakes. Wish I had the money. The owner seems like a straight up guy.
