2002 stratos 20XL Prostar. bad ECU

Boat is 20 feet 1 inch ,single console. White with silver stripes and black and red pins.
Motor is a 225 rude ram , the ECU us burned up . It has a standard gearcase on it now , I have a lightning gearcase
that goes with it. needs rebuild but the case is good.
Boat has some stress cracks , otherwise is in good condition.
