Alabama Rig

Post by CN »

Is still the catch all lure or has it calmed down like most new lures tend to do. I never bought one.

Totally cooled off, hardly ever hear of em now. They do catch fish, but by no means dominate all the tourneys that all the chicken little's were whining about.
Who called that one months ago?? Thank you, thank you!!

Check out what Matt Alan is doing with the A-Rig lately, it's cool!! I like the snag free concept with the 7-wire version.

Pretty sure you'll be hearing about the A-rig again any time now. Any time bass are schooled up chasing bait is a good time to throw it. Fall is here, a-rigs will be killing it again.

I'm sure once the fish school up it will be the bait to fish for sure...till then its not the WIN ALL bait by any means. Shoot... on my lakes down south it shut off once the fish hit the spawning beds. Still hasn't picked up...maybe a few small ones here and there.

I have never fished the Delta and for some strange reason I am half *** afraid to. Lame huh since I can be there within 2 hours. My luck I would get lost.

CN you don't know what you are missing. If you get lost just head for Mt Diablo it will take you home.

I'm not going to bash you, but I do wonder why?

I do not believe that more then 1 lure should be allowed to be fished at once.

Fair enough, that's a much better answer than most I have heard. Like it kills fish and destroys entire bass populations. :D
