I just filled out an online form to opt out of CC offers

I've stopped credit card offers by filling out an online form... and when I mail in a hard copy of it it will take effect PERMANENTLY, more than the five years the online form covers.

This will help prevent someone from stealing a form they mail you and filling one out in your name, thus stealing your identity. Took only seconds to complete. I'd heard it on a radio program about debt, found it hard to believe, but it was there as he said.
