Charger Issues

I have a Dual Pro Charger with the 5 red lights that turn into one green light when charging is complete. My issue is one set of lights only goes down to 3 red lights while the other turns green. Any ideas? I recently filled the batteries with dist water. I did run my boat this weekend in high winds with no issues in power. I have 2 trojans and one everstart. Thanks in advance. Try switching the cables and if same problem it's your unit. After switching and the red lite is on the other side, chances are it's the battery.

check the battery in which that bank is hooked to. its probly bad
