LCX 111 Data Storage full help

I deleted all waypoints and trails. Unit still says "data storage full" when I try to save a waypoint. How can I fix this? Will a hard reset help?

The hard reset, holding Zin and Zout in and pressing the power button then continuing to hold the Zin and Zout buttons in until the map comes up after booting up, will reset everything to factory default settings. This will erase all waypoints, routes and trails in the unit along with any saved settings you may have done in the menu like sensitivity settings, etc.
