New SonarCharts with 1' contours are finally here!!

Hi, Tshombe with Navionics here! You may remember a while back I posted on this new process we had coming called SonarCharts...well...it's finally here!! check out this link to two before and after shots of Folsom Lake:

Here's how it works:
1. Record Sonar logs to a blank chip on Humminbird, Garmin, or soon, Raymarine
2. Upload Logs to Navionics.com (processing times vary, but it could take up to 2 week)
3. Update your Navionics chip with the "Freshest Data" where you get new Nautical data, community edits, and (for this discussion) SonarCharts.
4. With a Humminbird, Raymarine, or Navico (Lowrance or Simrad) unit, view your newly recorded 1' contour SonarCharts!

Tshombe you said at the end of last year, Navionics would have an upgrade program for those of us that have chips outside your upgrade period, probably 1st quarter 2013. Just wondering if this is still in the works, it's hard to justify spending another $200 per platinum chip without a trade-in program.
