An 8.5 and a 7 in Wed. Nighter

This week's Wednesday nighter at Ladd's has concluded.

Lorenzo Rossetti and Lamaj Plaza took the win with 26.9. The 8.5 big fish of the event and another seven that Rossetti got are shown here. These two as well as a six pounder they weighed all came on frogs fished along the weed edges at low tide.

Rossetti stated he fished his frog on an 8' M1 Phenix Medium Heavy Swimbait rod with a Lew reel and 65-lb Power Pro.

The other two weigh fish came on a Strike King Shadalicious swimbait and a black buzz bait from Revenge.
