The push is on! C.O. Pro-Teen needs boater registrations!

Currently we only have 25 registered boaters for this years event and 63 kids already signed up. We'll be on a big push the next two weeks ta get boaters to jump onto the Pro-Teen pages and register as we are behind at this time. When you log on, you probably will not get a response from the APP right away, if you screen updates, your registration was submitted, there's no need to do it again, I have about 11 guys who've submitted multiple times because of this annomily. You will get a confirmation e-mail directly from me with in a few days of registering.

Fishin's good out there guys, so jump on board and let's get a teen out for the 17th Annual C.O Pro-teen Classic, Sunday, July 21st @ Russo's Marina on the Delta !

Pro boater count has jumped to 35 since Monday, Thanks guys. We are still quite a ways from getting to the number we need for the event as we now have 64 teens signed up. Tell yer buddy, tap the shoulder of the guy next to you at ICAST, tell em about the Pro-Teen and our efforts to introduce teens to our sport and the great time had by all. Direct em here to Westernbass and git em to register as a boater for the event.

Thanks guys, Teen total now sits at 71 and We are no longer accepting entries. Boater count this morning was at 45 and I lost one. We still got a ways ta go and I encourgae all of ya to talk with friends and remind em if they are available or plannig to help out ta please use the Boater registration link so we can keep tabs on where we're at for this years event.

I will be driving up from Palm Springs with my boat as well as I have a commitment from my brother Albert Azevedo with his boat, I will know by this evening if my other brother John Azevedo and nephew Zack Azevedo will make it as boaters! So count us in for two boaters with the possibility of two more!

Looks like I got most of ya so far. I sent a confirmation out Monday Morning, since then 7 more have registered and we're now up to 52 Boaters and 72 is the final tally on the teens. I won't send any confirmations out until later this evening. I'm doing the confirmations manually, so be patient with that and just know that if ya register, yer in and don't wait on the confirmation. So we still need ta keep the recruiting up to assure we have enough and to cover any fall out that might occur with boaters and life's issues that could come up. Not only that the teens who contact me, I'm telling em to come down to Russos's at 5:15a, if I got extra boaters, I'll register em and plug em in that morning.

Greatly appreciate you guys, yer the one's who make this thing go!!!!!!!!!!

We're getting closer guys. Teen count is at 72. I've lost a couple of boaters the past few days and am now sitting at 58. I've also had several teens ask about participating and I am now telling them to show up on Sunday morning, gear in hand and be ready to go. So I'm still recruiting boaters to assure we get every teen that shows up out on the water for this years event! If you are reading this and are interested in helping us out, please do go to the following link and register as a boater:
http://www.westernbass.com/dotcom/proteen/regform/ , When you submit the query, there will be no response and it takes you to a blank page, don't be concerned with that, we got it! Same for you guys who are attempting to register via yer cell phone, it gives a strange msg but does update the data base with your registration. You can also just show up Sunday morning between 4:30a-5:30am to register and get paired up with a kid. If you are concerned about showing up and not getting a teen(this only happened once in 16 years), I would recommend ya come down to Russo's on Saturday and pre-register between 3:00p-6:00pm.
