Since ICAST in early July...what is the coolest new product you've seen or used for bass fishing? Rods, reels, tackle, accessories, marine accessories, boats, apparel? etc
If you've used this product, tell us about your experience with it so far. Photos of fish caught using a particular lure would be cool to see if you have them available. Pics of the products would also be great.
(No hyperlinks please unless they are to WesternBass site sponsor's sites. But feel free to post pics, and company names regardless of whether they are a site sponsor).

OK, I'll start. I am fascinated by this new "Spybaiting" technique I have been reading about.
Tackle Warehouse also has a good video. For those of you who follow T. Brinks Fishing on Facebook...Tyler has done a nice write-up.
I have not used these type of lures yet but I think this technique will get some serious attention in the coming years especially when the bite is tough.
It looks like several of the high end Japanese lure companies are getting in on this new technique out of Japan. I'll try to find more info & pics on this emerging technique and share it here.

The new swimbait from savage gear line through 3d trout looks neat. Can't wait to get my hands on one.

I would definitely say for me its been the NuJig from NuTech Lures. I know Jig fishing isn't a new technique or Lure but the Nujig has redesigned the Old Jig Head design into a new weedless, hooking machine. I have always loved jig fishing as a go-to technique year round and was never able to figure out why one Jig company was better than another (except for fancy paint jobs/skirts) UNTIL I used the Nujig. It has opened up a new world of cover/structure I can confidently throw a jig and not worry about getting snagged up. Also the NuJig Head isn't only for a skirted jig and soft plastic, this head design is better for Chatter baits 100% , Spinner Baits, A-Rigs and small swim baits. If you don't believe me try it for yourself and let the NuJig be the Judge.

JL Marine Systems for the Power-Pole Micro Anchor was awesome but my all around favorite was the NuCanoe Hybrid Kayaks … These Hybrids allow you to stand for fishing and paddling. a lot more stable than the kayaks..... http://www.nucanoe.com/

The new DAIWA TATULA baitcasting reel is my choice. TWS casting might change the game! Allows you get better distance with lighter lures, because less friction coming off of the spool. I've been using the Type-R 8.1:1 for top water baits like frogs, toads, buzzbaits and walkers. Even with heavy braid I can cast these light baits further with ease. Really dig the power handle and new knobs too. Plus, the price is RIGHT! Try this link... http://www.daiwa.com/reel/detail.aspx?id=684

For me it too has been NuTech Lures, I love their amazing NuJig, but am more impressed with the way they have incorporated the NuJig into all their other baits, such as the spinnerbait, CrazyJig and WhizJig. I am really enjoying the spinnerbait and how you can basically switch out the parts on the spot to how you want to fish it. Being able to simply change the NuJig heads for size/color variation with one spinnerbait is awesome. Plus, saving money because you buy a couple different size/color variations in the NuJig, and one of everything else, you never have to buy it again due to losing gear on snags/debris/what-have-you. I am also very fond of how the company produces so many YouTube videos showcasing their work and are so easy to get in touch with and chat with because they truly care and believe in their products...and now I do too!
