First, are Splittails on the endangered list?

What some good areas or spots to fish for them?

Do they live in the tules? Weed edges? Etc

Can I use them as bait to catch stripers?

Split tails r on the endangered list. Yeah their in the tiles near deep water. And yeah if u catch them u can use them as bait if u want a fat ticket by the dfg. So don't.
