Reel Repair - Other than Shimano!

I need to have some reels serviced, repaired and upgraded that are not Shimano's; those will go to Dan at Reel-X! I need to find out who cleans and repairs Quantum and BPS. I have several of both that I would like to get serviced and a couple repaired and upgraded.
I now live in SoCal but will send them to Norcal or other to get them done.
