I rod air spinning rod

I have a brand new rod still in package never used This rod is 6"10 line 6-12 lb I'm asking. 200$ obo I don't really want to ship I would like for local pick up I'm in ventura county I can drive a Lil the only way I will ship this rod is if u send me a check then I will ship but not Responsible for any damage if any from shipping had 2 many bad things happen to me buying rods and shipping co.
