tackle shops in phill/concord?

ive been away from fishing for about a year so i dont really know where the shops are these days. i know norcalfishing moved/closed, are there any shops left or are they all out in oakley/brentwood?

Nor cal moved down the street. I went by there the other day to collect the $1000 Tony Lucena owes me but he was not around as usual. This guy is no businessman and no right to be in business, I have been trying to collect the money for over a year now. It's too bad I've never shorted anyone out of a penny. The Hook or Extreme is well worth the drive.
