Here is what people are saying:
Steve, Just a little note to thank you for renting us the house. It was the best decision we made. It is the perfect location for fishing tournaments. The short idle to the tournament head quarters saved us a lot of time vs. loading and unloading the boat every day. The dock was perfect for two boats and we found adequate parking for both trucks and trailers. We will be using your house in the future and would recommend it to all tournament fisherman (except when we want to use it) LOL.
Best regards, Randall
Hi Steve,
Janie here, Bryan ’s wife! The children and I just returned from your place on Thursday evening. I just wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time, and that your house was just fantastic for us, clean, spacious, peaceful, well-supplied, and just as you had described. Thank you so much – it was a great break and we would love to rent it again sometime down the road. Bry prefished every day and he fished every evening off your dock with the kids for bluegill, sunfish etc. What a thrill for the children as they caught so much, and loved eating them pan fried for dinner. We went out in the boat a couple of times. My 5 year old daughter actually caught a decent sized bass herself. I rented a car from Enterprise, who picked us up and took us back, for a couple of days and we went to play mini golf at Konocti, visited the local museum in town, played in the park by the water, rented from Blockbuster, shopped etc. They were mostly happy just puttering around the house.
Well, thank you again and ciao for now.

Might be heading up to CL late June/Mid July and looking for affordable lodging for myself or another person. All I need is a simple room, are you accomodations on the same price level as going with a hotel room?

PM me if you want

Hey Brian,
I stayed here recently and was VERY happy with the house. It was actually more then what I thought it was going to be in regards to what it had to offer. I can say that it was more then staying at the casino for instance, but so much more worth it! Depending on other hotels that are more expensive then the casino, it could be more comparable... I'm sure Steve will get back to you for pricing... but I think you will be happy if you stay at the house... I know that I will use it again in the future for sure ~

Good luck fishing wherever you decide to stay...

Randy
