2001 Triton TR 186, 2001 merc 150 XR6 (blown)

I'm selling my 2001 tr 186 because I can't afford to fix it. The mechanic at C&C said the #6 piston is seized but the block did not ventilate. He said it is rebuildable. I just can't deal with it right now. This was a great boat for me. Really stable hull with a wide beam but still ran 63 mph GPS when operating normal. There are a few upgrades and I took it in to C&C every February to get the entire motor and lower unit serviced. It ran like a top until the piston let go. It just need someone with the proper know-how to get it up and running again. Here's a list of the positives,

Bearings, seals and trailer buddies all done in 2013

Tempest plus 23p prop
Trim motor replaced on 2011

Solenoid replaced in 2011
Water pump and lower unit serviced in February
Trailer jack replaced
Trainer wench replaced
Bilge replaced in 2012
All fuel lines replaced in the fall of 2013
Lowrance HDS 5 with insight and navionics premium 2006
Minkota maxxium 70
All 3 batteries replaced in 2013

Again, was a great boat but I have to sell and regroup. The boat shows the normal signs of wear for a 2001. Thanks for looking
