Witnessed a pretty good storm in Ripon yesterday. I was glad to be in my Ranger… In the garage :)

Yep, was out in the kayak at amador on Friday. Rained most of the day, which was manageable. I headed in around two once I started hearing thunder. When I loaded up at the ramp the lightening was pretty much on top of me. I was paddling like heck to get back to the ramp, kinda scary. Managed to get some decent fish, which was worth my rain gear soaking through, maybe not the risk of getting zapped though...haha
